Jennifer Friedlin, Founder
During the first part of her career Jennifer worked as a reporter, a job that taught her how to dig and distill to get to the essence of a story. She spent five years in Israel, covering business and technology for The Jerusalem Post and Reuters; wrote about life in post-war Bosnia for The Guardian and The Financial Times; and reported on a host of topics for The New York Times, Marie Claire, and Glamour, among other outlets.
Over the years, colleagues in business and at non-profits turned to her for communications help. Their organizations needed marketing, but they did not have the infrastructure or the resources to support an entire department of senior writing, graphics, and web professionals. She realized they could use a trusted partner to help them define, convey, and execute their message. Hungry Marketing, LLC was born.
Today, Hungry Marketing is her vehicle for helping businesses and non-profits convey their essence so that they can build and grow.
Jennifer has a bachelor's degree in political science from Cornell University and a master's in journalism from New York University. When she is not working, she likes to train for triathlons (NYC 2016 completed!) and eat her way around ethnic New York with her husband and kids (thus the need for the triathlons). Lindsey Greenberger, Marketing and Content Specialist
Lindsey is an expert in developing and managing marketing strategy, partnerships, and campaigns in the areas of health and wellness, cause, and entertainment. She previously served as Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at NBCUniversal, where she worked on cross-company initiatives such as the Green is Universal environmental platform and The More You Know public service campaign. She also built partnerships with non-profit organizations and social enterprises focused on uniting media and technology around social issues. Lindsey holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and daughter.
Sara Gramling, PR & Social Media
Sara loves a good brand story and has been fortunate to tell quite a few. For nearly six years, she’s had the opportunity to tell the Magnolia Bakery story, overseeing the brand's PR and marketing efforts for corporately-owned stores and franchise locations. In that time, she’s managed more than 20 store openings, numerous product launches, partnerships and events, including promotional campaigns for the brand’s kate spade new york collection, 20th birthday, national banana pudding day, Wedding Salon, Swarovski cupcake and much more. When she’s not talking up my favorite things, you can find her hanging out in Prospect Park, attempting to grow plants on my back porch, and testing every meal delivery service that currently exists.
